About the Role
My client is seeking a dedicated and clinically confident Deputy Manager to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to step into a supportive management role within a well-established care environment. You will work a combination of 2 x 11 hour nursing shifts and 2 x 8.5 hour supernumerary shifts, including some weekends. This blend allows you to maintain hands-on clinical practice while also contributing to the operational and leadership responsibilities of the home.
