At Beluga Rox we are looking for a Deputy Group Head of Business Development, due to our client's continued growth. The opportunity is to be the Deputy Group Head of Business Development to work alongside The Group Head of Business Development, and the role will be largely focused on complex clinical and mental health care, with the prime responsibility for developing and fostering relationships with Commissioners, Case Managers and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Handle weekend on-call duties for Business Development, responding to new enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Support and attend company events, promoting our client values and services. This may be anywhere in the North of England and Wales.
- Conduct client assessments and liaise with teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process if required.
- Confidently speak about clients services over the phone and in person, providing excellent customer engagement.
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Professional telephone manner and the ability to represent our client.
- Flexibility to cover occasional weekends and events.
- Previous experience in a care or business development role with the Healthcare Sector.
