Thorn Baker FM are looking for an experienced Cleaner Supervisor to join our client's team based in Marlborough. This position is based at a well-known retail store where they have a small team of cleaners on site. You will be provided with all the training, cleaning equipment, support and opportunities to grow.

- Shift pattern: Monday, Sunday (Wednesday off) - 05:00am β 08:00am
- Cleaner Supervisory experience is essential
- Salary: Β£13 per hour, weekly pay
- Temp to Perm opportunity at 10 weeks
Responsibilities
- Supervise a small team of cleaners
- Ensure cleaning duties are completed to a high standard and support in any areas that require improvement
- Complete training, inductions and audits for new/current staff
- Liaise with the client on site
- Demonstrate strong communication, be a team player and ensure needs are met to a high standard
- Complete paperwork such as audits, return-to-works, training records, rotas, health and safety, and day-to-day paperwork
- Get involved with cleaning duties when required
- Support the team during sickness or holiday periods
Ideal Candidate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience as a cleaner supervisor
- Sound knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHH legislation
- Flexible with working hours when required
