Would you like to lead a team in delivering memorable dining experiences? We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join us at the Old Boathouse restaurant at De Vere Cotswold Water Park. Shifts can include, 0900-1730/1030-1800/11.00-1930/1400-2300.

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in the guest journey, leading by example to deliver a warm welcome and exceptional service. You’ll support and guide the team while overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant, remaining hands-on during service to ensure a friendly, efficient experience with great attention to detail. You will also contribute to driving revenue and enhancing the guest experience by encouraging your team to make thoughtful recommendations, ensuring every visit to the Old Boathouse is memorable.
