We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, experienced individual with an NVQ Level 2 in Early Years to work at Little Herons Nursery based at West Monkton Primary School.
What we are looking for:
- Ability to deliver high‑quality childcare in a safe and caring environment for children as young as 2 years of age.
- Monitor key children’s development.
- Ensure effective communication with parents, other professionals and outside agencies.
- Be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the children and the setting.
- Support the ethos, vision and Christian distinctiveness of the school.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified NVQ Level 2 in Childcare/Early Years.
- Knowledge of OFSTED Standards and Inspections.
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of safeguarding children.
- Demonstrate drive towards absolute excellence.

Salary & Hours:

- Actual Gross Salary: £17,486.

- Term time only, plus INSETS.
