We are currently recruiting for 3 x Hygiene Operatives / High-Level Cleaners for a busy food manufacturing environment in Skelmersdale. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term prospects for the right candidates.

Role Details

  • Position: Hygiene Operative / High-Level Cleaner
  • Location: Skelmersdale
  • Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour PAYE
  • Contract: Temporary to Permanent
  • Start Date: Immediate starts available

Duties Include

  • High-level industrial cleaning within a food production environment
  • Deep cleaning of machinery, production areas and equipment
  • Use of specialist cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Following strict hygiene and health & safety procedures
  • Completing cleaning records and documentation accurately
  • Working to food manufacturing hygiene standards
  • Supporting supervisors and wider hygiene teams as required

Candidate Requirements

  • IPAF licence is essential
  • Previous industrial or food production cleaning experience preferred
  • Comfortable working at height
  • Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Additional Information

  • PPE must be worn at all times
  • Overtime and weekend work may be required
  • Full training provided on site procedures and cleaning systems
