We are currently recruiting for 3 x Hygiene Operatives / High-Level Cleaners for a busy food manufacturing environment in Skelmersdale. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term prospects for the right candidates.
Role Details
- Position: Hygiene Operative / High-Level Cleaner
- Location: Skelmersdale
- Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour PAYE
- Contract: Temporary to Permanent
- Start Date: Immediate starts available
Duties Include
- High-level industrial cleaning within a food production environment
- Deep cleaning of machinery, production areas and equipment
- Use of specialist cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Following strict hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Completing cleaning records and documentation accurately
- Working to food manufacturing hygiene standards
- Supporting supervisors and wider hygiene teams as required
Candidate Requirements
- IPAF licence is essential
- Previous industrial or food production cleaning experience preferred
- Comfortable working at height
- Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Additional Information
- PPE must be worn at all times
- Overtime and weekend work may be required
- Full training provided on site procedures and cleaning systems
