Landmarc Support Services is looking for a Part-Time Site Operative to join our friendly and dedicated team supporting the UK Armed Forces. This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll help maintain our Training Estate facilities, ensuring they remain safe, clean, and welcoming for those who stay and train with us. No previous experience is required.

Shifts run between: 08:00 - 12:00 from Monday to Friday (Potential to work daily hours between 07:00 - 17:00). Hours of work: 20 per week. Contract: Permanent. Location: Sennybridge Training Camp, Powys, LD3 8PN.
Responsibilities:
- Completing accommodation handovers and handbacks, including inventory checks
- Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper-based systems
- Stock management tasks
- Cleaning offices, communal facilities and accommodation blocks, including shower and ablutions facilities
- Maintaining the overall cleanliness of the camp to ensure it’s fit for purpose
- Carrying out general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Assisting with any additional tasks required to support the smooth running of the site
The Ideal Candidate:
- Customer service focused with good communication skills
- Basic IT skills with ability to use a tablet
- Ability to complete documentation accurately
- Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
- Reliable, practical and forward thinking
- Excellent team player
- Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence due to the rural location of this site (essential)
