The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
Salary: £30,000 per annum (rising to £32,000 after probation) and Veolia benefits.
Hours: 40 per week. Rotating shift pattern consisting of days and nights followed by 18 days scheduled holiday.
Location: Cannock, Staffordshire, WS11 8JP / Remote Hybrid

What you’ll be doing:
- Being first in line speaking to engineers and customers on the telephone, investigating faults on our combined heat and power generators.
- Monitoring live alarms for our industrial assets (full training provided).
- Completing scheduled and ad-hoc reporting.
- Using Google, Access and other BI tools to assess asset performance.
- Supporting Veolia's crisis management process.
- Adhering to written procedures when carrying out tasks.
- Training is approximately the first six weeks.

- Previous customer focus, call handling experience.
- Good IT skills including Excel / analysis.
- Problem solving experience.
- Analytical skills and mechanical engineering knowledge is an advantage.
