Field-Based (within the Midlands and surrounding areas). The Company Serving some of the UK’s most recognisable brands, Merson Signs is an expert designer, manufacturer and installer of signs. We are now looking for two individuals to join our Signage Installation Crews in the Midlands on a full‑time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced and certified sign installers with a strong understanding of different sign types to join our established and growing business and work with some national brands.
The Role
As a Signage Installation Crew team member, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality signage installations at various construction, retail, leisure and petroleum sites throughout the Midlands and surrounding areas. Working as part of a two‑person crew, you will install, maintain and repair a range of signage safely, efficiently and to a high standard, whilst ensuring products, tools and equipment are transported, stored and maintained correctly. You will operate to deadlines, following work instructions from supervisors and managers and supporting installer assistants as and when required. Ensuring good housekeeping standards, you will represent us professionally on site and ensure you are helpful and engaging when dealing with customers.
About You
To be considered for a Signage Installation Crew role, you will need:
- A minimum of five years’ sign installation experience, ideally as part of a two‑person crew
- Experience of working remotely or in a field‑based role
- A good understanding of a range of sign types
- A flexible approach to different shift patterns and out-of-town work
- Excellent organisation and time‑management skills
- At a minimum, CSCS, IPAF and PASMA certifications
- A clean driving licence
- Any relevant industry training would also be beneficial to your application.
