All applicants ideally would have a valid SIA license. The role involves carrying out scheduled locks and unlocks of buildings daily and responding to alarm activations.

Job Purpose: To maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.

Duties:

  • Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
  • Prevent loss and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
  • Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
  • Maintain the Organisation's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
