GR Employment Ltd is looking for a shunter driver to work for one of our clients based in Bridgwater, Woodlands Business Park. We’re looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking consistent work with a bit of flexibility built in.

Ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experience:

  • Must hold a valid UK driving licence with category C + E
  • Digital tachograph and CPC cards
  • Have a minimum of 12 months of experience
  • Be professional at all times
  • Have a flexible approach to work
  • No INI10, TT99 or DR10

Shifts: Monday to Friday with a starting time at 23:00 (finishing on Saturday morning).

Pay rate:

  • Night Shift: £19.08 per hour
  • Overtime: £27.26 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will be shunting trailers within the yard and placing empty trailers onto doors at the beginning of the shift.
  • Moving trailers off the door when full and replacing them with new empties.

Job Qualifications:

  • Full UK driving license
  • Must hold a valid UK driving licence with category C + E
  • Digital tachograph and CPC cards
  • 12 months of experience required
  • No INI10, TT99 or DR10
  • For insurance purposes, you must be at least 21 years old and have no more than 9 penalty points on your driving licence within the last 3 years
