As a Staff Nurse in our hospital, you'll be attentive, focused, detail-oriented and empathetic. You're registered with the appropriate governing body, and you bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC. With post-registration experience, you're a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.
As a Pre-Assessment Staff Nurse, you will:
- Be part of a close-knit team delivering matron-led care in a consultant-led service
- As the first point of contact, you will work with leading talent and professionals to make the right assessments for patients prior to their surgery
- Demonstrate a broad knowledge base and assessment skills to ensure patient care
- Fully understand and support the needs of each patient and their family
- Offer comfort and reassurance, providing the highest standards of care
- Build your experience across new practices, equipment and facilities
- Work with practitioners in other areas, understanding that continuity in patient care is key

Our diagnostic provision includes X-ray, Ultrasound, MRI and CT facilities. We offer the most up to date surgical treatments combined with a warm welcome and a professional and caring service from our Director of Clinical Services led nursing team. We specialise in the areas of orthopaedics, ophthalmology, cosmetic surgery, and women's health, but also undertake general surgery, urology, and interventions for chronic pain management.
