As a receptionist in our team, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, delivering a professional and welcoming experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the facility. You'll play an important role in ensuring every interaction reflects care, trust, and high service standards. In this role, your work will have a direct impact on the people and communities we serve. By providing clear information, maintaining strong relationships, and supporting colleagues, you'll help create a positive, organised environment where customers feel valued and supported.

What you'll do as a Receptionist

  • Provide a high level of customer service, both face to face and over the telephone
