Telford Park School is seeking to appoint a committed, resilient and highly motivated Curriculum Delivery Lead for Internal Alternative Provision. This is a key role within our inclusion team, working with students with SEMH needs and significant barriers to learning, delivering high-quality provision that re-engages pupils in education and supports them to succeed.
About the Role
You will lead the delivery of a structured, ambitious and engaging curriculum within our internal alternative provision, including:
- English and Maths lessons
- Targeted academic interventions (literacy and numeracy)
- ASDAN or equivalent accreditation
You will ensure strong alignment with the mainstream curriculum, supporting students to build the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to reintegrate successfully into lessons or move forward into appropriate pathways.
