We are seeking a highly motivated and effective practitioner with excellent subject knowledge to join our team of specialists. You will be able to inspire and motivate our delightful students in a culture of high aspirations. We welcome applications from teachers with specialisms across the sciences; however, a strong background in Biology and the ability to teach Biology would be a distinct advantage. There will also be potential for a TLR for the right candidate to assume the role of Head of Biology. The successful candidate will be a team player, committed to the success of all students in and beyond the classroom. You will be an enthusiastic and engaging classroom practitioner with a passion for Science. You will share our commitment to continually raise standards by providing our students with an excellent education in the broadest terms.
We have a wide ranging CPD program as well as individual pathways for staff at all levels of their career. In May 2022 we merged with another local multi-academy trust to form the TrustEd CSAT Alliance, which includes 9 schools, 5 of which are secondary schools. This provides us with further valuable opportunities to share best practice and work collaboratively.
