About the role: Active Care in the Home are expanding our client base. We're looking to recruit a brand-new team of Support Workers to care for our brand new young client in Telford. Our client is a 4 year old little girl who has cerebral palsy, dystonia and epilepsy. She is a wheelchair user and is non-verbal and has a PEG tube. Full specialist training will be provided. This role will be to support her within her school setting.

When you will be working: Monday Friday 9am-3pm Term time only. In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.
