We currently have vacancies for a Production Operative to work on a rotating 3-shift pattern (Early, Late, and Night shifts) and 4 on 4 off shifts rotating with 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am.

About the Role: As a Production Operative, you’ll play a vital part in our manufacturing, bottling, packaging, and quality control processes. Working alongside a dynamic team, you’ll operate machinery, maintain production standards, and help ensure our beverages meet the highest quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate production machinery and equipment.
  • Monitor machine operations, ensuring quality, accuracy, and conformity.
  • Perform timely machine changeovers and basic maintenance.
  • Accurately record production data to ensure full traceability.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following GMP and food safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with shift managers, lead operatives and engineers.
  • Adhere to all company health & safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Safely operate a forklift truck to transport materials, pallets, and finished products across the production and warehouse areas.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Previous experience in food or beverage manufacturing or FMCG is desirable but not essential.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and reliable team player.
  • FLT Licence would be great but not essential.
