Overview

LOCATION: Bridgend, Brackla (CF31)

SALARY: £15.25 - £15.85* per hour

SHIFTS: 7:00pm - 7:00am

About The White House: The White House in Brackla, Bridgend supports up to 7 adults with Autism and/or Learning Disabilities, as well as support with everyday living skills like shopping, cleaning and cooking. Our staff support people to have fun and make every day the best it can be for each person.

Role: As a Senior Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including:

  • Managing a team of Support Workers
  • Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans
  • Encouraging good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
  • Accurately reporting, recording and maintaining records as required and working to care plans
  • Liaising with health professionals and their families
  • Completing supervisions and audits
  • Ensuring that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home.
