We are looking to recruit a Senior Clinical Fellow on a 12 month fixed term contract in the Department of Medicine for Older People (Elderly Medicine). The successful candidate will be joining a well‑organised department providing a wide range of services at specialty and sub‑specialty level. The role supports clinical care for older adults and provides opportunities for leadership, education, and quality improvement.
Applicants must be a fully registered medical practitioner and hold a current GMC licence to practice and be eligible to work in the UK.
Required experience:- A minimum of two years post‑graduate medical experience, either current employment in a UKFPO affiliated foundation programme or 12 months experience post full GMC registration with evidence of achievement of foundation competencies, including full MRCP membership.
- A current Advanced Life Support Certificate is essential.
- Fully registered medical practitioner with current GMC licence.
- Minimum two years post‑graduate medical experience or 12 months full GMC registration with evidence of foundation competencies.
- Full MRCP membership preferred.
- Current Advanced Life Support Certificate.
