We proudly opened our campus at Royal Wootton Bassett’s Interface Business Park in September 2022 and were rated "Good" by Ofsted in March 2024. We are ready to welcome a Senior Learning Support Assistant to provide a safe, stimulating, learner‑centred environment, equipping our learners to be independent by developing life and work skills ready for life after college and their transition to adulthood. Key Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the Tutor/Lecturer, provide support and assistance in the development and education of our learners.
- Undertake tasks related to the learning setting and outside activities such as work placements and provide basic supervision and care skills.
- Complete regular mandatory training to safeguard and promote the welfare of our learners at the college and other premises.
- Perform personal care duties, including toileting, feeding, manual handling, and medical procedures, following training.
- Deliver prepared and planned lessons in the absence of the Tutor.
