Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily rotas to ensure care packages are safely and consistently covered

About You
- Experience in care coordination, health and social care, or a relevant administrative role

- Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence
