Qualifications
  • At least 12 months experience working in a comparable role.
  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and willingness to gain Level 3.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Good understanding of Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
  • Provide person‑centred care that reflects individuals’ needs and preferences, maintain a homely environment, and conduct monthly care plan reviews.
  • Administer medication to service users in accordance with care plans and safety procedures.
  • Supervise and oversee a team of Care and Support Workers, reporting staff management issues to the Manager while providing hands‑on support.
  • Prepare clear, precise and structured reports for Annual Review meetings, key working sessions, and audits.
