- Provide person‑centred care that reflects individuals’ needs and preferences, maintain a homely environment, and conduct monthly care plan reviews.
- Administer medication to service users in accordance with care plans and safety procedures.
- Supervise and oversee a team of Care and Support Workers, reporting staff management issues to the Manager while providing hands‑on support.
- Prepare clear, precise and structured reports for Annual Review meetings, key working sessions, and audits.
