An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our exceptional team at St Stephen’s, starting in September 2026. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to be based in our new SEND Resource Base to become part of our highly regarded and fully subscribed Early Years team. Our setting embraces the core principles and values of early learning, offering a well‑resourced environment alongside outstanding outdoor spaces, including our very own working allotments.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Deliver inspiring and engaging learning experiences that enable every child to flourish and reach their full potential.
- Meet the diverse educational and developmental needs of all pupils across EYFS to KS2.
- Support an early years team in a SEND resource base.
Qualifications and attributes:
- Highly motivated with strong knowledge and enthusiasm for SEND.
- Flexible, creative, with a great sense of humour.
- Committed to meeting the varied needs of pupils from Early Years to Key Stage 2.
