We are looking for a full‑time term‑time Learning Support Assistant to support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a structured and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Support students with SEMH needs on a 1:1 and small group basis, managing behaviour, encouraging engagement and providing day‑to‑day assistance throughout the school day.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs
- A calm, patient and resilient approach
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Experience within a school, care or support setting

- Salary: £14.26 - £18.00 per hour, paid on a PAYE basis.
