Paragon Education is currently recruiting compassionate and dedicated SEN Teachers to work within specialist schools, alternative provisions, and inclusive mainstream settings across Kidderminster. We are seeking passionate educators for immediate starts and September 2026 roles, including long-term, temporary, and permanent opportunities. The Role

  • Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs
  • Support pupils with a range of special educational needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, and complex needs
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Work closely with support staff, SENCOs, therapists, and parents/carers
  • Use differentiated teaching strategies to promote engagement and progress
  • Support pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
  • A genuine passion for inclusive education
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience within specialist or alternative provision settings
  • Knowledge of EHCPs and personalised learning plans
  • Team Teach or positive handling training
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEMH or Autism
  • Intervention and sensory support experience
