We are recruiting Primary Teachers, SEN Teaching Assistants, and Support Staff across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools that provide inclusive and nurturing learning environments.
Responsibilities
- Primary Teacher
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress.
- Differentiate learning to support varying needs and abilities.
- Work collaboratively with school staff and parents.
- SEN Teaching Assistant
- Support pupils with SEN and SEMH needs on a one-to-one basis or within small groups.
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
- Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.
- Support behavioural and learning needs within the classroom.
- Support Staff
- Provide classroom and pastoral support across the school day.
- Help maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
- Assist pupils with daily routines and activities.
- Work closely with teachers and senior staff to support pupils effectively.

- Qualified Teachers (QTS) and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
- Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants.

Qualifications & Requirements
- QTS (for teaching roles) or relevant experience supporting children.
- Strong classroom or behavioural management skills.

- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
