Full‑time, long‑term temporary position starting January 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a school that provides a supportive and inclusive environment. Duties
- Provide one‑to‑one and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
- Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Support pupils' social and emotional development through mentoring and guidance
- Implement behaviour management strategies effectively
- Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are upheld at all times
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs is essential

Salary – dependent on experience – is paid weekly through PAYE. All candidates are subject to safeguarding checks in line with the DfE's statutory guidance.
