Paragon Education is currently recruiting dedicated and passionate Secondary Teachers to work in a range of supportive and well-established schools across Worcestershire. We are looking for enthusiastic teachers for immediate starts and September 2026 roles across a variety of subjects, including both short-term supply and long-term/permanent positions. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we have opportunities to suit your experience and career goals.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Inspire and motivate students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and KS5 where applicable).
- Maintain strong classroom behaviour and positive learning environments.
- Assess, monitor, and support student progress.
- Work collaboratively with departments and senior leadership teams.
- Support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Experience teaching within a UK secondary school setting.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for education and student achievement.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
Desirable Experience:
- Experience teaching GCSE and/or A-Level.
- Subject leadership or intervention experience.
- SEN or SEMH experience.
- Ability to teach a second subject.
