Paragon Education is currently recruiting dedicated and passionate Secondary Teachers to work in a range of supportive and well-established schools across Worcestershire. We are looking for enthusiastic teachers for immediate starts and September 2026 roles across a variety of subjects, including both short-term supply and long-term/permanent positions. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we have opportunities to suit your experience and career goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Inspire and motivate students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and KS5 where applicable).
  • Maintain strong classroom behaviour and positive learning environments.
  • Assess, monitor, and support student progress.
  • Work collaboratively with departments and senior leadership teams.
  • Support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Experience teaching within a UK secondary school setting.
  • Strong behaviour management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A passion for education and student achievement.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience teaching GCSE and/or A-Level.
  • Subject leadership or intervention experience.
  • SEN or SEMH experience.
  • Ability to teach a second subject.
