The predicted salary is between 25400 - 30000 £ per year.

Training will be provided during the induction process. There are three sites: Sandylands Nurseries, Hornsfield Nurseries and Springhill Nurseries, all local and within ten minutes of each other. Work will be carried out inside glasshouses.

To apply, applicants must be eligible to work in the UK, be able to work independently and as a team, start and finish on time, be hard-working and motivated, have good manual dexterity, and be able to perform some heavy lifting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deleafing
  • General glasshouse tidiness and cleaning such as sweeping and keeping rows tidy

Applicants must abide by the company's hygiene and footwear policy and be able to differentiate colours according to colour charts. There is no packhouse; therefore, no packaging is required. All workers will be paid at least the national minimum wage. Full-time work, 40 hours a week is expected (5 days Monday-Friday with a half day Saturday). A minimum of 32 hours will be paid. Usual working hours can be from 6:30 am in the summer months.
