Lytham St Annes Humly is recruiting a School Administrator to join a secondary school on a 2-term basis. This is a full-time role starting immediately and continuing for two terms.

Responsibilities:

  • Organise and maintain school records, files, and documentation
  • Support staff with administrative tasks and correspondence
  • Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the school office
  • Assist with scheduling, appointments, and school events

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications):

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a school setting
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Reliability and attention to detail in all tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay and Details:

  • Pay: £14 per hour
  • Full-time school-based position
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: 2 terms
  • Enhanced DBS required (Humly can support with an Enhanced DBS at a cost to the educator)
