Hours: Saturday & Sunday - 6am-6pm
Location: Patchway, Bristol (BS34)
Training Pay: £15.90 per hour (first 3-4 weeks, Mon-Fri)

Role Overview
We're recruiting an experienced Saw Operative for a leading commercial and aerospace manufacturing business in Patchway (BS34). This is a long‑term, temp‑to‑perm opportunity offering outstanding pay, stability and genuine career progression.
If you have experience operating band saws, circular saws, or bar saws, this is an excellent chance to join a growing and supportive team.
You will complete an initial 3-4 week training period, Monday to Friday, paid at £15.90 per hour, before moving onto weekend shifts at the weekend rate.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating saws to cut metal materials to precise customer specifications
- Using band saws, with circular saw or bar saw experience welcomed
- Carrying out general warehouse and production duties
- Ensuring accuracy, quality and safe working practices at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience operating saws (metal cutting preferred)
- Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work weekend shifts
