Description: Manage the administration of customer order schedules (Industry).
Review customer order schedules to ensure stock levels are correct.
Maintain the customer master data (account & parts database).
Enter and maintain sales orders.
Responsibilities
- Manage shipping arrangements with the transport team.
- Monitor and track inventories according to targets.
- Liaise with production & logistics departments to ensure material is delivered on time and in full.
- Provide reports and data to assist management and external sales teams.
- Be involved in all areas of commercial administration.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous SAP experience in a sales role, particularly desirable.
- Experience in a Steel Service Centre / Manufacturing environment, advantageous.
- Sales administration experience.
- Confident communicator.
- Customer-service focused.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Office365 applications.
- Analytical and strategic thinking.
- Assertive, stress resistant.
- Mathematics and English GCSEs mandatory.
- Degree (desirable).
