1st Enable Ltd is seeking a Bank, Part-time or Full-time Support Worker to assist the Senior Support Worker and Service Manager in providing outstanding support to individuals who enjoy active lives. The Support Worker role requires flexibility with shift work, including days, nights, evenings and weekends to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications
- A Level 2 qualification or above in health and social care is desirable; support for achieving this qualification is available
- Experience as a Support Worker, Health Care Assistant, Care Worker, or carer preferred, or experience with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health Support, or Autism/Complex Behaviours.
