Job Description: Two PA's wanted for a gentleman with sight impairment, helping with the dog walks, finances, and accessing the community. One for mornings and one for evenings - must be a dog lover.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Help with finances β reading through bank statements and going to shops with the individual.
- Walk the dog twice a day.
- Help prepare simple meals.
- Administer medication.
- Provide emotional support / be a friend to the individual.
Specific Requirements
- Mature PA with experience in care.
- Someone good with dogs.
- Prefer male but happy to accept female applicants.
- Trustworthy & reliable.
- PA must have a DBS or be willing to obtain one.
Working Hours
Hourly Rate: Β£12.71
Hours per week: 16 hrs 15 mins total β around 7-8 hours each PA. One PA for mornings β 11am: dog walk and morning medication. One PA for evenings β 8pm: dog walk and medication. Other hours are flexible with employer to work around appointments and accessing the community.
