Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our orthopaedic and trauma department at Salford Royal Hospital, part of The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust. The role involves delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate care for a designated group of patients.
- Support day‑to‑day ward organisation and maintain effective communication across the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide guidance and encouragement to junior colleagues.
- Supervise, teach and assess learners and unregistered staff, acting as a role model and named supervisor.
Qualifications
- Current NMC PIN to practice as a Registered Nurse in the UK.
- Post‑registration experience, preferably in a surgical, orthopaedic and/or trauma environment.
