Responsibilities
- Conduct programmed and reactive inspections of food premises to ensure compliance with food safety legislation.
- Deliver health and safety interventions across commercial and public settings.
- Investigate and manage cases of infectious disease, outbreaks, and public health risks.
- Lead in areas of work and provide mentoring support to junior team members.
- Maintain accurate records of activities in an electronic database.
