We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Playworker to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Work under the instruction and guidance of the Childcare Managers to deliver high‑quality childcare during Breakfast, After‑school, and Holiday Club sessions.
  • Ensure children have a safe, enjoyable, and enriching experience before and after school and during holidays.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children aged 3 years and above in a formal childcare setting.
  • A passion for creating a nurturing environment where children can explore and have fun.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and adults alike.
  • An understanding of child development and the ability to plan engaging activities.
  • Ability to work effectively both under supervision and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility regarding the safety and welfare of children.
  • Flexibility in working hours as required, including evening and holiday hours.
