We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Playworker to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Work under the instruction and guidance of the Childcare Managers to deliver high‑quality childcare during Breakfast, After‑school, and Holiday Club sessions.
- Ensure children have a safe, enjoyable, and enriching experience before and after school and during holidays.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children aged 3 years and above in a formal childcare setting.
- A passion for creating a nurturing environment where children can explore and have fun.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and adults alike.
- An understanding of child development and the ability to plan engaging activities.
- Ability to work effectively both under supervision and as part of a team.
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility regarding the safety and welfare of children.
- Flexibility in working hours as required, including evening and holiday hours.
