Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and nurture a close-knit team in an outpatient setting.
- Help deliver high standards of patient care and outcomes.
- Contribute to change management and transformation initiatives.
- Support a culture that values care and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Registered with the NMC.
- Previous clinical supervisory experience.
- Enthusiasm and ability to nurture a can-do culture.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business.
- Good working knowledge of and compliance with CQC Standards.
- The ability to make decisions and use your initiative.
- Strong communication skills.
