iTrent & People Systems Co‑ordinator (Fixed Term 12months)

Salary: £36,363 - £39,152

Are you passionate about systems development, people analytics, and data? Join our team as an iTrent Coordinator and play a pivotal role in transforming our People Services. You\'ll work with integrated HR and Payroll systems and collaborate with HR, OD and Payroll colleagues, alongside the wider organisation to enhance our HR and OD functions. Lead exciting projects, streamline processes, and support evidence‑based decision making to ensure our systems effectively support overall employee experience.

About the role:

  • Support a wide range of activities across HR and OD, including, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, pensions, workforce data, HR consultancy, Health and Safety and HR systems management.
  • Work with integrated HR, OD and payroll systems, with a key focus on the new iTrent system, CRM tools, and partner with the Digital, Data and Technology team to maintain operations.
  • Lead on HR systems development projects, including iTrent implementation and enhancements, and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure successful embedding of new digital solutions.
  • Maintain accurate system data, ensure GDPR compliance, and support streamlined processes for automation across HR functions.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees, deliver excellent service, and identify innovative ways to improve processes and user experience.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is a Tech‑Savvy Innovator with experience with ICT systems related to HR and OD services, and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
  • Has knowledge of GDPR and how to ensure system functionality supports compliance across all HR functions.
  • Has proven ability to deliver excellent people‑centred customer service.
  • Can demonstrate strong communication skills and develop effective relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Has exceptional attention to detail, taking a methodical approach and has the ability to prioritise workloads and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Is adaptable and supportive, with a focus on delivering positive outcomes for our customers.
