We are currently recruiting for an Industrial Painter / Branding Operative to join our client – a leading recycling & waste management company based in Salford. If you’re hands‑on, reliable, and take pride in your work, this is a great opportunity to secure consistent hours and long‑term employment.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for repainting and rebranding skips and containers as part of a major company rollout.
Key Duties
- Preparing surfaces (cleaning, sanding, masking)
- Applying paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Applying decals, branding, and identification markings
- Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas
- Working to daily and weekly targets
Working Hours
Up to 50 hours per week
Shifts: 6:00am – 5:00pm or 7:00am – 6:00pm
Pay & Benefits
- £14.00 per hour

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in industrial painting, vehicle spraying, or similar (preferred)
- Ability to work in an outdoor yard environment
- Good attention to detail
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented

- Spray painting experience
- Branding, signage, or fleet marking experience
