A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join The Salford Urgent Response team within the Northern Care Alliance. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Housekeeper to provide efficient support to both teams. The post provides an exciting challenge to the successful candidate and gives the opportunity to play a key role in supporting the needs of both the urgent response and OOH District nursing teams.
You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise across multi agencies and multi-disciplinary departments. The ability to work independently and adapt to an environment of changing priorities is an essential component to consistently facilitate a patient focused approach.
Duties include:
- Stocking up
- Maintenance of equipment
- Ordering and maintaining stores
- General housekeeping of the store room and district nursing base
- Ensuring that the environment is clean, safe and organised
It is essential that you are able to work in an orderly and systematic manner, possess good literacy, IT, numeracy, communication and organisational skills. You should have a caring attitude, as well as the ability to work effectively under direction as part of a multidisciplinary team.
