An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health Care Assistant within Ward H2 Respiratory within Salford Care Organisation. Ward H2 is a fast-paced, high acuity unit caring for Respiratory and General Medical patients. Working alongside a Registered Nurse to develop and deliver a personalised plan of care to patients. This will include assisting with personal care needs such as washing and dressing, mobility support, nutritional care needs and maintaining thorough records and documentation.
