Desian Education are proud to be supporting a number of mainstream and SEND schools across the Salford area with adhoc, short-term and long-term supply. Due to unprecedented demand, we are recruiting motivated and reliable educational support workers to support pupils with SEN within mainstream primary, secondary and SEND schools.

Your new role:

  • 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEN
  • Working in collaboration with class teacher & SENCO
  • Positive behaviour support
  • Delivery of target interventions; speech & language, behaviours, etc
  • Implementation of positive behaviour support
  • Personal/intimate care requirements

What you need to succeed:

  • Full “Right to Work” in the UK
  • Relevant referenceable experience supporting children and young people with complex and profound needs
  • An Enhanced Children’s DBS check or willingness to obtain
