Aftersales Manager Role
- Manage a Service department with a team of experienced Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors, Administration, Parts department and drivers.
- Ensure smooth and efficient running of the service department.
- Control spend and oversee department budgets.
- Drive customer service and monitor KPIs.
- Support and train the team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience as a Service / Aftersales Manager.
- Strong Management & Interpersonal skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
