The successful Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a sales team, driving revenue, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

- Manage and motivate a team of six retail sales executives and a business centre manager
- Drive sales targets for both new and used vehicle departments
- Maintain and develop customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Ensure team compliance with brand standards and customer service excellence
- Oversee stock management and retail performance of approximately 60 used vehicles
- Analyse sales data and develop strategies to increase profitability
Uphold strong standards of professionalism and discretion within the dealership Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager within the motor trade
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes and techniques
- Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets
- The individual should be based in North Wales or nearby to Llandudno
- Professionalism, discretion, and a customer-focused approach are essential
