- Manage the team to deliver a seamless sales process while maintaining close customer engagement throughout the vehicle purchase journey
- Ensure adherence to dealership and manufacturer standards, including compliance with FCA and financial regulations
- Set and exceed targets for unit sales, finance penetration, and additional aftermarket products
- Coach, develop, and mentor the sales team, using structured training and performance management to boost individual and team effectiveness
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager within a successful car dealership environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Self‑motivated, driven, and passionate about leadership and team success in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
