What you will be doing
We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded sales professional ready to take the next step into leadership. This role is a development pathway into a Branch Manager position within 4–5 years. You’ll drive sales activity, manage key accounts, support team performance, and gain hands‑on experience across branch operations, commercial decision making, and people leadership.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of daily sales activity to help the branch hit its targets.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with key B2B customers.
- Spot opportunities to grow existing accounts and bring in new business.
- Keep track of the sales pipeline, activity levels, and forecasts.
- Support and develop the sales team through regular coaching and guidance.
- Gradually take on more responsibility for team structure and performance.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager to create a strong, high‑performing sales culture.
- Gain hands‑on experience across all areas of branch operations and commercial processes.
- Make sure CRM systems are kept up to date with accurate, timely information.
- Work with operations and other branches to ensure customers receive excellent service.
- Play an active role in improving sales processes and overall performance.
