Sales Ledger role:
- Producing invoices and credit notes.
- Dealing with customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Customer credit checking.
- Providing month end customer reports.
- Ad hoc Admin duties including taking credit card payments over the phone.
Essential skills:
- Previous experience of working in Sales Ledger (minimum of 1 year).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Numerical competency.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
The Package:
- Hours: 37.5 per week, 08:30-17:00 Monday-Thursday & 08:30-16:30 Friday.
- 22 days holiday p.a. (increasing with length of service).
- Bank Holidays an extra day off for your birthday.
