This is a great opportunity for an experienced nursing home manager to join an established team.

We are looking for an experienced Manager to oversee the nursing home and delivery of the service.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that the service complies with all CQC regulations.
• Developing and implementing a quality assurance framework.
• Managing the day‑day operations of the service.
• Recruiting and training staff.
• Developing relationships with service users, their families and carers.

The Registered Nursing Home Manager Candidate:

• A minimum of 3 years\’ experience in a leadership role within the care sector.
• Registered Nurse Qualification.
• Residential home experience, working with adults with dementia and complex needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC.

The Registered Nursing Home Manager Package:

• Salary c. £60,000.
