As a Meetings and Events (M&E) Porter, you will be a face of the hotel, bringing your warm and friendly personality to work every day. This is a hands-on position within the M&E department; with great attention to detail, you will be setting up, refreshing, and clearing rooms to the high Leonardo standard. You will work as part of a vibrant team to ensure all guests have a first-class experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, refresh, and clear meeting rooms to the Leonardo standard.
  • Assist with events in the M&E department as required, ensuring smooth operation throughout each shift.
  • Greet event organizers and guests, communicating effectively to meet their needs.
  • Support the team to achieve departmental KPIs; be proactive and responsive to requests.
  • Work well both independently and as part of a team, including during large events.

Qualifications & Qualities:

  • Be yourself with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Think on your feet to meet clients' needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to greet organizers and collaborate with others.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working alone at times.
